I have 13 unused eBook licenses that I would like to free up if possible. The licenses were assigned to users that shouldn't have had them anyway. What happened was I created a smart group that included anyone with a username that included the number 22 in it (year the student graduates). Along the way 12 new accounts were created with 22 in it that snuck into my smart group, so when I purchased an eBook for the school year those 12 accounts got assigned a license. Removing those accounts from the smart group did nothing.
