Hey!

We have many devices that have iOS 10.3.3. Is there any chance to use Apple Configurator 2 on them? I want to put them in DEP. My reseller scratching his head when I ask about DEP.

Check out this:

In the past I had to use this method when our purchasing person bought iPads from a non-DEP reseller.

You can use AC2 to update iOS version of your iPads and after add them in DEP.

But the problem is I cannot update to higher version then 10.3.3, because the iPads I have cannot have higher version (Old iPads)
and to get the iPads into DEP you need higher version then 10.3.3.

Is like moment 22 =(

@Schools-AB, the provisional enrollment you're wanting appears to only be for iOS 11 and higher devices. If your iPads are too old to upgrade, I don't see any options for you.

I'm getting my information from Apple's announcement last year about this feature.
