If any one is running into this same exact issue with Google File Stream not working on macOS 10.14.5. Chances are that you're running 31.0.12. I ran into this issue this morning when I redid my system. It pulled down 31.0.12 and it wouldn't launch got the error with Security & Privacy. Not matter what we did it would work. So we deleted the app and pulled it down again, to our surprised it was updated already. This time it installed 31.0.13 and it worked instantly without any further interaction. Hopefully this helps out everyone.

We have the same issue. I found the Bundle ID on this list and then added it in as a configuration policy for allowed kernel extensions.

Here is the post about the ID's.

I saw that article, I had the correct Bundle ID and the Profile was pushed on the machine. It wasn't working at all and in a matter of ~3 hours a newer version of FileStream was released that addressed this issue without pushing any new(er) Profile.

macOS 10.14.5 requires all kexts released after 4/7/2019 to be notarized by Apple before they will load... perhaps 31.0.12 wasn't notarized but 31.0.13 was?
