We use Goto meeting for our client meetings. I have 8 conference rooms that are used. At times people will just connect from their personal computer.
I keep running into issues with keeping GoTo meeting up to date and how to deploy it. I've been doing it all manually but is becoming a big pain and a waste of my time.
The download will install goto meeting into the user's applications folder ~/UserName/Applications by default. I've thought about using composer to install then move the app to the computer App folder. but that would be 2-3 times a week thing.
How do you all handle GoTo meeting and its updates?
