We just set up Casper and enabled the GSX lookup. I confirmed with Apple support that my GSX account information is correct and has the Web API enabled. But when I check it I keep getting a message that says:
"GSX Lookup problem: Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. If this message persists, please contact GSX support via the help function."
I just wanted to see if this is working OK at this time for other people, or if there is currently an issue with GSX lookups. Thanks!
