Has anyone encountered an issue where in the middle of a project , in this case being edited from a network Isilon server. From a Mac Pro Tower , running Adobe CC 2015 Apps, & a Nvidia upgraded Video card . The user says once this happens he has to reboot the system in order to work again.

Basically , the preview of the play head freezes inlace and no longer shows what he's subbing in the timeline.

I would check this on "Software Acceleration" mode in project settings.
Having a similar issue, but works well when turning off GPU acceleration.
My VGA is not on the supported list for GPU acc :(

Gabriel,

Your post came up in a google search for a Premiere Issue I was researching. Have you solved this issue since the post was back in April? I've seen this issue on our edit systems earlier this year that have AJA hardware installed. You can fix this by upgrading to the latest AJA 12.4.1 drivers.
