@EduTech
Your JSS URL is going to be specific for your organization and would have been chosen when you signed up for our hosted service; there is no documentation on what it is because it's specific to each customer and there would not be any standard naming convention or 'default' for it.
If you've forgotten what your hosted instance's URL/name is or aren't sure what it is, please get in touch with Support so they can assist you.
You can either give us a call, send an e-mail to support@jamf.com, or use the My Support section of Jamf Nation.
Thanks!

I have a Jamf support call at 1:30PM EST. I spoke with some at support today and they had no idea either....
Is there a way for JAMF support staff to look it up?
Thank you m.schilling I tried that too... no luck :o/
@EduTech
I apologize for that, what you were told is incorrect.
I took a look at your account and found your URL immediately by looking at the hosted subscription asset on your account; I won't post your URL here as it's not often something customers want made public, and have reached out to the person on our end associated with your account and asked him to contact you and it looks like he's currently working with you on the issue.
Again, I apologize that whoever you spoke to initially to gave you incorrect information; we are able to find your JSS URL whether you're hosted with us or have your own JSS on premises.
Thanks!

Still no luck when we tried the server of https://OurSchool.jamfcloud.com/enroll is still errored out.
Specialist Aaron is reaching out to others... but he was unsure if Jamf Cloud supports a server connection from Configurator....
If you have any info it would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

For JamfCloud configurator enrollment use: https://yourcompany.jamfcloud.com/cloudenroll
Using this url you will still receive the error "Unable to verify the server's enrollment URL", this is expected behavior, click Next and continue.
