** While this applies directly to folks using Deploystudio, I figured I would share here just in case it may interest someone.
I rewrote a script (original script was done by Tim Sutton) which when added to a Deploystudio workflow, will generate a random computer name in the Deploystudio Database which then is configured on the mac. The computer will be imaged and given a new name each time automatically, and it's record in Deploystudio is also updated with the new name, if no record exists, a new one is created.
