Add torrents into Restricted Software, it will kill process if they run torrents.

Create an Acceptable Use Policy. Find offenders. Refer to HR.

Not a technical problem, it's a people problem.

talk to your network department, if you are working behind a proxy they can probably block those stuff with categories or you do it like afizulla.chittoor says with the restricted software option in jamfPro.

Can the .torrent files be blocked from downloading & running? You may be able to create a Profile that restricts .torrent files.
