Unfortunately, that's not possible.

FWIW, I can understand management's desire to prevent local archiving, but
Outlook for Windows is the only application that offers this feature. I
know of no other Mac nor Windows application that can enable these
restrictions. Granted, Outlook is the dominant mail application in the
enterprise, but it's not the "norm" in terms of its feature set unlike
what many folks like to believe.

Outlook for mac 2011 doesn't seem to have "Folders on my Computer" any
longer. In fact, I didn't notice any ability to archive mail. That was a
beta I saw, so ms may change it in the actual release.

Outlook 2011 should handle PST files though...which would suggest it will become available.

Just to let you know your Servers will need to be upgraded to support
2011 though.

From my understanding of PST files in 2011, I think you can import them into your mailbox... don't know about importing them into a different archive type.

We also use Symantec EV. You should be aware that (last I heard) the plugin for Entourage is NOT compatible with the EWS version of Entourage. Symantec also did not have any sort of ETA on when it would be available.
