How to get 802.1X Wifi keychain and User account(AD bound mobile account) password in sync

I have 802.1X Wifi profiles with trusted Cert setup.

It works very well until user changes user account password.

Is there a way to change both mobile account and the Wifi login keychain password simultaneously so that users do not need to enter the new password to re-authenticate Wifi?

Thank you for your prompt answer. However, I am not too familar with scripts. 

Could you please provide me an example if possible?

I believe I can provide it from Self Service that will run those scripts that you mentioned?
