How do apps assigned to a user in VPP actually get delivered? I'm trying to configure Xcode since I haven't figured out a way to open the new file format from the download site via script, and unpacked, it's about 11 GB which is too big to push in Self Service. I have VPP configured for myself, and logged in to the App Store on a test device. It shows the computer in my user account. I've scoped the app to myself. I don't see Xcode in Self Service however to link me to the App Store. How exactly would an end user get the app assigned to them and then install it?
