@Mouthbaten_1911 You can use Restriction Payload from the Configuration Profile. Under Applications, you can deselect "Allow App Store Adoption".

I have tried that, and it still allows to download and install apps from the app store. 

Ok, I have missed to add the below.

Go to the "Applications" tab under the "Restrictions" payload in a Configuration Profile. Check "Restrict which apps are allowed to launch" and then add "/Applications/App Store.app" (without quotes) under "Disallow Folders".

You can activate this feature, then when you apply the appstore will not appear / hidden / disappear from the ipad screen, and when searched will not be found.
configuration profile > profile > option > restrictions > apps > installing apps using appstore
