I am unable to configure LDAP using Active Directory

I am trying to configure LDAP using Active Directory. When I specify user and password , it throws an error "User does not exist"

Are you using the DISTINGUISHED USERNAME?

Example: CN=Username,OU=Service Accounts,OU=Admin,DC=domainname
