iLife Problem

Not sure if this is a Casper problem but, I reimaged 1000 mac with 10.5.8 and ilife 09 now when you open iPhoto and try to import a photo you get unrecognized format for any format. Also iMovie and iDVD both crash.

    Well, you can start weeding down where the problem lays... Try chucking ~/Library/Preferences and see if iMovie and iDVD then launch ok. If not, try ~/Library. Most app crashes (in my experience) are issues in the user folder, not in the App itself.
