We installed Adobe CS6 applications on our design lab computers following the guide posted here:

... and Illustrator CS6 Version 16.2.1 won't pull fonts from the Fontbook when they are installed. However, Illustrator CS5 will pull the fonts successfully. Has anyone experienced this or have a working solution to it? Adobe helpfully mentioned that they discontinued the support for CS6 entirely, so we've hit a wall on their end.
Any ideas?
