inbuilt IPSec VPN doesn’t work on El Capitan

Hi has any one had issues using IPSec VPN on El Capitian we noticed on machine that were upgraded to EL Capitian have no issues but for brand new machines it does not seem to work , has anyone got a solution or a work around

    @casareanderson It worked for me at my last role.

    Can't import in settings but I have been able to manually set it up

    If you're trying to connect to a fortigate, you may need to change your DH group. We switched to 14 which worked for us.
