We are having an issue where many of our student devices are giving the error of "An incorrect Username / Password is entered for this computer" when trying to remote in using Casper Remote. From what I can tell, this is the admin user / password that this message is referring to. We change the Casper management admin password on all of our student devices, since they learned the original password, though we kept the original password on our staff machines. We make this password change via a policy that runs after imaging.
I have checked, and the admin password is still correct on the Mac, so I am thinking that it maybe it is just incorrect in the database. I'm guessing we will bee to put in a support ticket, but figured I'd check here first.
The only way we've gotten past this so far is to removeframework and re-enroll. Just hoping to not have to do this for everything.
