I'm looking for some help on individual recovery key redirection.
I'm in the middle of deploying Jamf, which will be managing FileVault on all of our Macs. I have a handful of machines that are encrypted, but the individual recovery key is not redirecting to the JSS. My configuration profile is as follows:
All of the machines are on 10.13.4.
My thoughts are that they were either encrypted prior to Jamf enrollment, or FV encryption kicked off prior to the configuration profile getting installed. So if this is the case, is there anyway to redirect the key to the JSS without decrypting and re-encrypting?
