I couldn't find an answer on this question, so i hope someone of you could help me.
If I populate Patch Management with Packages and create a Update Policy in there I don't have to option to install cached, will it use a cached package or is it re-downloading it? And if possible how can I realize that. (I know, I can create an additional software Policy, but i want to do that within Patch Management)

+15Afraid not - it re-downloads. One of the (several) missing pieces to Patch Management, although I still feel that with its limitations, it is a better option in most instances than the alternatives.
