installing from cache

So I am about to cache out a bunch of digital text books, then install from cache. Can you just check the box that says install all packages from cache in your policy, and will it install after it caches? Or, do you create one policy to cache and then one to install all cached packages?

Thanks,

Tom

I generally do the two policy method. Never tried to do it with just one.

Yeah I think I am going to set the cache policy to every 30 so it gets out as fast as possible, then set the install from cache as a start up policy. I think that would be "best practices."

thanks for the tip,
