Is there a way to block (or turn off) the Control Center in iOS 10?

+4I believe you can only turn off Control Center access for the lock screen (from the Configuration Profile) and within apps (Settings/ControlCenter)
+9Single App Mode disables Control Center, other than that it looks like the only option is to use a Restrictions payload that will disable it on the lock screen only.
