We're using our iPads as kiosks, in the general sense. Sometimes they end up locked and we're struggling to understand how to unlock the devices when our display case doesn't provide home button access.
Did I miss something from Apple on how to accomplish this? Is there an MDM command for waking a device?

+2+7Could you possibly put them into single app mode? By doing this, it should not go to sleep during the entire period it is in this mode. We've had a good handful of ipads that are mounted w/no access to the home/power buttons that stay on year round (yes i know the screen burn in is real on these)
