iOS App with no icon

Hi All,

I have a single app which has an icon that I have in Self Service.

When it gets installed it is missing the app icon.

If i change the package to ZIP and unpack it again to show contents, i can see there are appicon files there.

I have another copy of the same app which is pushed automatically to ios devices and the icon appears correctly.

Really stumped on this one.

Does the icon appear after the app is launched the first time?
