+2I have completed the vpp configuration of the app and put it in selfservice. The problem is that some ipads will prompt when downloading: the certificate of the App "com.apple.Keynote" cannot be found. As a result, normal installation cannot be achieved
How can I do next.
+26That error does not appear to be one that would be related to anything Jamf is doing. Really all you can do from the Jamf side is renew the VPP certificate and see if that helps. To me this sounds like TLS redirection or packet inspection on iTunes traffic, which would cause apple to fail the traffic. Make sure all the correct hosts and ports are open and bypassed on the networks the iPads are on.

I have found the issue, one vpp account can not be used on tow mdm.
