iOS apps stuck loading

We have had an ongoing issue with the previous users apps loading after a wipe, however now we are seeing numerous devices stuck loading these apps.. We have left devices sitting over the weekend and the apps are still in the installing state. The previous users apps installing was annoyance but this is now making them unusable.

We are having this issue too but its with existing iPads that weren't wiped. The apps appear to be updating but they never do anything.

Are you saying an iPad enrolled to Jamf Pro with apps scoped,
iPad erased, and re-enrolled
was installing apps assigned to scope of the earlier user/device groups?

Do you have a ticket open with support?

I do not. This is just becoming a noticeable problem within the past few days.
