+21Stupid question: if I'm using the new home screen layout feature in iOS 9.3, how does one remove webclips? Wiggle mode is disabled when this is on.
Apps can be removed from Settings > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage.
But, I have a cart iPad with a webclip on the homescreen that's named obscenely. It's not a managed item, it was added from Safari.
+12You can't. Once you turn on home screen layout management, the user isn't able to rearrange anything, so you have to really be sure you want that.
+21Haha, that's what I thought. The problem is that the user can continue to add things to the home screen, which I'm not sure will work out perfectly.
I might have to skip this feature for now.
+12Yeah, it's not quite there yet. We'll probably be skipping it for now as well, as it doesn't allow users to do anything.
