+3We found that found that when we initiate a patch command on our iPADS which are in single app-mode, they end up in a state where they are waiting on someone to press the home button to continue. This doesn't really work for us because:
1.These are used as digital signage.
2.the home button doesn't work anyway, because they are in single app mode.
Has anyone else dealt with this?
+11I've dealt with it in the past, sadly the only method we had working was taking the iPad out of Single App Mode, running the update process, then once finished, putting the iPad back into Single App Mode.
I'd be interested to see if there is a better method but that was what worked for us at the time.
