Hello, some of our iPads are having issues loading up self service. It took me at least 4-6 times to make it to load up Self Service. I would have to close self service and re-launch it before it loads up.
Anyone else having this problem? I'm thinking that this might be tied to a Network problem maybe?
Those iPads are currently running the latest iOS / Self service versions.

Were these fresh installs of Self Service? If so did the Managed App Configuration get pushed to the device?

They're not fresh installs, according to our teachers one day it just started doing that.

We've had that issue with some of our iPads as well and it has varied with fresh installs and ones that had previously been working and stopped. All had the latest version of Self Service. The work around has been to delete the app and re-download it.
