I searched and browsed but couldn't find anything related to the topic:

We're setting up Casper for our mobile fleet (been using it for Mac's for years) and all the icons for the apps in self-service are pixelated and ugly. Is this a common thing? I set the apps up direct from the app store, but even my in-house apps have really degraded icons.

Is there some setting I'm missing?

They all look ok on my iPhone. I'm using the app rather than the webclip in case that's a difference?

Does it matter if the device is on the same LAN as the JSS or external?

I'm using the App, not the web clip.

We don't have external access just yet (waiting on the VM's and DNS setup from Ops), so the only way they come in is while on the internal LAN.

Turns out, that the icons that are getting supplied are 60x60 PNG's and there's not a way for me to upload my own 400x400 version.

It looks like you are supposed to get 120x120... Web Clips Icon size

Since these are App Store apps, would the web clip settings make a difference?

I'm noticing that some icons look tons better than others. Maybe it's just the supplied icons from the developers?
