I have rolled out 25 new iPads. 24 of them worked fine and 1 would not so I self enrolled it. It has taken all settings but the name change. Any ideas?

+17Being able to set the name is available on supervised devices in iOS. Using self enrollment means the device is managed, not supervised, so the JSS can't set the name.
+17Yes, manually set the name on the device, then leave it plugged in within reach of WiFi and request an inventory update on the JSS.
