An iPad (iOs 11) appears supervised but not managed in JSS.
On this device, i go to the "enroll" url and install the certificate, then the mdm profile.
At this point, a pop-up says : "a profile with a MDM entity must be deleted if needed"
The original message is in french :: "un profil comportant une entité mdm doit pouvoir être supprimé"
I cannot enroll this device manually, and wiping it doesn't work either :
in fact, the device attempts to connect the mdm server for 10 seconds, then pass over without any error message, to the next step (choose a code, etc.)
Any idea ? Thank you very much.
