Hi,
We are currently in progress of enrolling all of our iPads and I am currently testing the: Send Remote Commands > Update OS Versions on supervised devices > Download and install the update, and restart devices after installation
However all it does is just download the upgrade, but does not install it... Is there something else need to be configured for this?
The iPad is Managed and Supervised.

I had the same problem. Switching the language to English in Jamf account preferences helped.

@flojo , it's already set to English =/
