like prevent exporting of documents and attachment (received via e-mail) to 3rd party tools, restrict printing of corporate e-mail documents?

You dont specifically call it in out in your post but your other posts lead me to believe your talking about mobile devices vs computers. If you are talking about managing content on iOS there are the options within the Restrictions payload, look for the options restrict content to "unmanaged destination" in a few different areas. This essentially means that if you didnt install the App they can't move files to those apps. Printing restrictions are there too. The Exchange and Mail payloads have an option to "Allow messages to be moved" and both are considered managed destinations if configured via MDM.
