is there documentation on how to use jamf helper?

Hey Everyone,
I have probably missed it right under my nose but is there any documentation on how to call jamf helper in a script?

From Terminal:

sudo /Library/Application Support/JAMF/bin/jamfHelper.app/Contents/MacOS/jamfHelper -help

Other than the above I don't think there is any other documentation.
