Gang:

I am setting up a Policy to issue a new FV2 Revcovery key to systems already encrypted using Casper. However when I go to set the Recovery Key Type, I only see the Individual option. How do I unlock the Institutional or Institutional/Individual options?

FV2 only uses recovery keys for individual. Institutional uses a keychain file to unlock and decrypt the hard drive. When you guys set it up initially you had to create the keychain (with or without a private key).

I recommend taking a look at pages 8 - 13 of the Administering FileVault 2 on OS X Yosemite with the Casper Suite documentation for more information on creating and working with recovery keys:

http://www.jamfsoftware.com/resources/administering-filevault-2-on-os-x-yosemite-with-the-casper-suite-version-9-6-or-later/

For more information on institutional recovery keys in general, I have a post available here that discusses them:
