I'd like to integrate Jamf Pro with our ITSM solution Cherwell. Happy with an alert email that gets generated by Jamf Pro and then ingested into Cherwell (as a base level of integration). To accomplish this I believe I need to setup a generic account in Jamf Pro and enable notifications in that account so that when Smartgroups are updated an email is generated. Has anyone else had to do this, and is this the best way to go about it?
