Jamf do not Sync Classes from ASM

Hi,
right now i am not able to sync classes from the apple school manager.
i'm able to import ne users from ASM but when i try to import new classes nothing happens.

I have run into the same problem. I am running 10.6.0. It will do the users but not the classes.

Hi all,

I have the same issue and logged a call with Jamf at the end of last week.
IIRC I had this issue when we implemented Jamf a couple of years ago as well, but looking through my support calls it doesn't seem that a solution was posted.

I'll update you with what Jamf say when they come back.

Any updates on this @hhochwald or @ericwinders ? We're seeing the same thing. Our log is showing this error:

- Invalid class roster received from Apple: AppleClass [getName()=DEMO CLASS, getSource()=MANUAL

This happened to us in the past. We removed and re-added our ASM Instance to Jamf to fix.
