On a netboot Sierra 10.12.6 AutoCasperNBI

It will fail if I select "Erase target drive"

Blessing System...Looks like it is doing the Block Copy before doing the Erase even though on the left side bar they are in the correct order
I have tried Erasing and then doing the install but it then shows completed with no errors but the drive is not set to bootable.
I found some older mentions of something like this and it was caused by the Netboot not being diskless. I have checked the rc file and the Netboot is definitely diskless (also verified by looking at the mount point)
I'm kind of at a loss.
We have other Distribution Points and if I point towards them then the imaging goes correctly. The problem is they are in different cities and this slows the process down immensely.
