Isn't there a maintenance session scheduled for the same time as the update, are you performing them in tandem?

Also, normally cloud customers get more than 4 days notice of an update, what gives?

I'm guessing because of the java update requirements they're doing more of this all at once, because of shared tenants and whatnot.

Hi @jbutler47, great catch. @emily is right: the maintenance window and the upgrade window are one and the same.

The Java update put abnormal pressure on our timeline for this release so we sent that maintenance notice 9 days before the cloud upgrade window to give sufficient heads up. We were still finalizing our launch timeline so we had to keep that one generic. The cloud upgrade schedule you see above is the same window but relabeled as a product upgrade window which includes Jamf Pro 10.14 and Java.

Let me know if there are any other questions or feel free to reach out to Jamf Customer Success (success@jamf.com) for further assistance.
