Today we released Jamf Pro 10.38 which includes enhancements to App Installers within the Jamf App Catalog, an enhancement to Account-driven user enrollment to force authentication and a new password policy option.
App Installer Enhancements including sorting and filtering
The list of App Installers is now sortable and filterable, allowing you to achieve greater granularity when searching for an app. You can now search for an app using the global search or filter the table by column filters (Name or Developer).
App Installer titles added to the Jamf App Catalog
With the release of Jamf Pro 10.38, there are now 70 titles available as App Installers in the Jamf App Catalog.
Account-Driven User Enrollment Authentication Enhancement
You can now force Bring Your Own (BYO) device users to periodically re-authenticate to maintain the BYO management on their device. If the user does not re-authenticate, they will lose access to organizational resources until they do re-authenticate.
Password Policy to Force Reset
You have the option to change your password policy to force a password reset. This is done by either changing the policy and forcing a password reset or just forcing a reset. If you set the policy and force reset, each user will have to change their password the next time they log in.
