Jamf pro dashboard "query's"

I set my dashboard for certain device list via query's. I have one set to query devices that "went back" to the serial number as a name(display name) out of 8 i can get 7 to show up. The 8th one is in my main list and via a query I can't get it to show up using ( display name, serial number,) I don't know if I am using the parentheses right or what I am doing wrong to get all 8 to show up. I am using the or operator and I get 7 and I tried and/or for the 8th one and it will not show up. PLEASE help. Its for inventory purpose.

can you attach the photo now as a comment/reponse? i'm having a hard time trying to wrap my head around what you're looking at, so a picture would be great! it needs to be a PNG, JPG, or GIF.
