Is the Jamf Startup Script supposed to overwrite local startup scripts that are set using the login/logouthook functionality at the loginwindow? One of our users has just possibly discovered an issue with this. He wants to use the hook functionality even though it is deprecated by Apple, and it appears that the Jamf script is overwriting his custom script in /var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist.
Is that proper/expected behavior, or is this a bug, or is something else happening with his scripts? I'm out of position to experiment with this directly at the moment and was hoping someone might know.
