When I click on a device in Jamf Pro, some of them refuse to open. All I get is the spinning wheel. Some devices I click on do open. It's rather hit or miss. I've left the page open for 30 minutes hoping it would eventually open...nope.

I had the same issue, we opened a ticket with jamf support and they had to patch the bug on our environment. This was after the 10.42 update

I've seen this occur and I think it may be something to do with pending MDM commands as the only ways I've been able to resolve are to either purge all pending/failed commands by searching for just that device and doing so as an action, or my re-enrolling the device. This last part I had to initiate from the endpoint but that was before the mdm heal action through the API, so that might be worth a try.

That's what I ended up having to do. It's all good now.
