Jamf Pro not working after 10.17 upgrade with Citrix NetScaler load balancer

We upgraded our Jamf Pro instance to 10.17.1 on Thursday. About 4 hours after the upgrade, we couldn't access our instance from behind our Citrix NetScaler load balancer. Everything was working prior to the upgrade. We can get to each node on port 8080, but not 8443. Working with Jamf support we changed the port to 8444 on one of the nodes and we were able to access the node. It seems to be an issue with port 8443. If we remove the nodes from the load balancer we can access them. Anyone using Jamf Pro with a Citrix NetScaler? Any ideas what we may need to fix on the NetScaler side or the Jamf Pro side to get us up and running again?

I'm not sure if my tip helps since my Jamf Pro environment uses HAProxy for load balancing. In my environment, I have to re-build my OS firewall rules on each nodes on every reboot or else my HAProxy node can't access them.

Thanks - our Jamf Pro runs on Windows servers and we have the firewall on them turned off.
