Jamf Remote Assist Screenshot Error Message

When using Jamf Remote Assist I'm sometimes seeing an error about being unable to save screenshots. I'm not taking any screenshots though. Any idea what is causing this? Could it be when certain (Microsoft?) apps are open?

@RDowson Jamf Remote Assist works by continuously creating screenshots on the target Mac. If there's anything that prevents creation of a screenshot you'll get that error.

Jamf Remote is not fully functional.
We had to step away from it—no matter what we try (re-registering, removing, and re-deploying the config profiles), it fails about 25% of the time.

From firewall rules to custom scripts trying to get it to work, it's been pointless. I’d suggest going with either a paid tier of TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Splashtop, or open-source options like RustDesk or HelpWire. These provide consistency, rather than relying on a feature that’s integratable but unreliable.
