Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Encryption Required. Jamf 11.7.1

I'm trying to install JAMF 11.7.1 on a new RHEL 9 box, I'm receiving the following error,

The JCE .Jars are installed in /lib/security for the Java 21 install and I have reinstalled Java from scratch. Any Ideas?

For issues installing and upgrading Jamf it is best to call Jamf.
