Need a little help from everyone:

This morning our Self Service/JSS was running great but then the afternoon came. Our server came to freeze point and would not want to budge to any window or just want to work-kept freezing up and on Self Service all of the packages (that were working) would fail soon after.

I have restarted the server plenty of times and even restarted TomCat a few times. But now when I go to launch the JSS this is what I am getting.

I really need some help here!!! Someone please help me out

Sounds like your MYSQL database has problems. Rich has a great blog post on how to fix this.
Here

Or restore from backup. (the above method takes awhile)

Hi,

I have the same problem but I have followed this guide:

https://derflounder.wordpress.com/2014/02/01/fixing-caspers-mysql-database-with-mysqlcheck/

when I run this command:
mysqlcheck -repair jamfsoftware -u root -p

I get this error.

Got error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)'

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks
James
