I just finished my jump start and we were unable to bind to AD. I'm getting the error message below and I'm not sure what I'm missing at this point. The error message below happens if I check "simple authentication type".
Error: javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 8 - 00002028: LdapErr: DSID-0C090252, comment: The server requires binds to turn on integrity checking if SSLTLS are not already active on the connection, data 0, v1db1�]
When I uncheck that box I get the error message below:
Error: javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 1 - 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C09075A, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v1db1�]; remaining name 'DC=domain name,DC=domain name'
Any help is greatly appreciated.
