License renewal issues

Hi all, I am a Jamf reseller in South Korea.

We support a lot of Jamf customers, but there are problems with license renewal these days.
I've purchased licenses for several customers from Jamf, but each time it takes a long time for a new activation code to come out, and I'm worried that it might even come out over time.
In the past, there was time for licenses to come out in advance and prepare for the renewal of Jamf Pro or Connect.
This is because after the activation code period, there may be problems with the behavior of all products, including Jamf Pro.

So I think it is necessary to improve Jamf's license issuance system.
Doesn't everyone have this problem? I'd love to know what you guys think.

We usually get a notification from about 30 days out which is plenty sufficient for our procurement process and dealing with our reseller, in addition I have reminders set for 60 days out so I can rally the troupes early if needed. Jamf is also very lenient about expired licenses, and if you are working on purchasing new licenses it is incredibly unlikely they will shut you off so the process seems okay to me.

However, you being a reseller have a different perspective than I do. I suggest reaching out to your Jamf Account team and giving them feedback directly. If you have a workflow in mind submitting a Jamf Idea would not be a bad idea (pun intended).

Hi @Aaron_Kim ,

Yes, I too had this issue, We renewed our License 30 days in advance but we didn't receive the new activation code, We got the update from JAMF that the new activation code would be available one day before the start of the new Start date, but we didn't receive the activation code even after the new renewal date, We escalated to JAMF Account manager and get it rectified.  i would suggest to reach out to your JAMF Account manager team

Hi, I was facing the same problem.
I escalated Jamf CS.

In my case, cause your Jamf Account's Email addresses contain "@jamf," so Jamf did not send me the license code.

Jamf's Technical Teams have been changed. From now on, emails from Jamf's system can be sent to the account email address, which should contain "@jamf."
